Tricia Kim

I came to Bali with one suitcase in 1997 to work as head designer for the iconic jewelry brand John Hardy.

I have always been fascinated with drawing shiny objects and playing classical piano since an early age. This led to studying fine arts in top art schools in NYC, Paris, and California, where I started hand-making jewelry. A stint with high-end goldsmith Jenny Lessard in NYC and a gold company in midtown led me to experiment with ancient techniques of granulation, chain making, and gemstone setting.

Quality Assurance: We guarantee our jewelry is made from high-quality materials and craftsmanship. Sterling silver is stamped 925. 18K gold vermeil is gold plating over silver. We use 1-3 micron thickness plating, which can last for years of wear if taken care of properly. All items are as described in the descriptions.

 

Repair and Maintenance: We offer free or discounted repair and maintenance services for one year after purchase. This may cover things like resizing, re-plating, or stone replacement.

 

Cleaning and Inspection Services: We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection services to ensure that the jewelry remains in good condition.

 

Return or Exchange Policy: Returns or exchanges may be made within 10 days, in the original packaging, unworn, in its original condition. No exchanges on sale items.

International: DHL- 3-day shipping, rates apply.

Within the USA, USPS ground unless expedited shippin g is requested.

Custom orders: This will depend on the design.

Production orders: 4-8 weeks is standard.
